All times are local to Noblesville. This blocks NEW regular racing reservations for the selected interval while payment is pending. Existing paid race bookings can remain unchanged until the group pays; you must explicitly review and approve that option if there is a conflict. The hold expires automatically if unpaid; for events close to the start, the deadline is shortened to 30 minutes before the event. Check your staffing and the number of races before creating the link.
