Our compact electric karts give young drivers a real steering-wheel experience while allowing the track operator to control starts and select an appropriate speed setting.
Kart City welcomes children ages 4+ who can reach the pedals (120–150 cm tall). Riders must fit the kart and safely reach and operate its controls; staff will check suitability before riding.
Private parties and group visits are available any day of the week, including Mondays, by appointment. Advance reservations are required. Request your preferred date and time, and we’ll confirm availability. Perfect for birthdays, school groups, teams, friends and family outings. Private event cancellation policy: Full prepayment. Cancel at least 7 full days before the start for a 50% refund; 50% is a non-refundable reservation fee. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are non-refundable, including last-minute bookings. Rescheduling requires approval and availability. If Kart City cancels, choose an agreed alternative or a 100% refund. Terms accepted at purchase apply.

Enjoy exclusive use of the entire venue — closed to other visitors during your party. Every participating child receives three 7-minute races, helmet use, a head sock, safety instructions and staff assistance.

Each child’s parent or legal guardian must sign their own child’s waiver before participation. The person booking the party cannot sign on behalf of other families.

Card details are entered on Authorize.net’s secure payment page. Places are confirmed only after payment verification. Every child must have their own parent’s or legal guardian’s signed waiver.

Walk-ins are welcome during public hours. Guests who have reserved and paid online receive priority. Walk-in racing is subject to available space; the venue is closed to public visitors during private parties.
A helmet is provided if your child does not bring their own. Please show any personal helmet to staff before use. Each rider needs a head sock. One is provided per rider at no extra charge for the entire visit, including private parties.
Sneakers are recommended. Please avoid flip-flops and similar loose footwear.
Parents can wait inside Kart City. We have an indoor waiting area with seating.
Each race includes 7 minutes of driving, with up to 6 children on the track. Packages of two or three races include brief stops between races, with no 10-minute driver change between them. We allow 10 minutes for changing children, fitting helmets, adjusting belts and instructions after the group finishes.
Regular races: cancel at least 48 hours before the start for a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. New private parties and group events with exclusive venue use: full prepayment is required; cancel at least 7 full days (168 hours) before the start for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is a non-refundable reservation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days before the start and no-shows are non-refundable, including events booked within 7 days. Rescheduling requires approval and availability. If Kart City cannot provide your agreed reservation, you may agree to another time or receive a 100% refund (gift bookings restore gift places).
